1. Reservation
(1) Opening hours are from 9:15 am to 4:30 pm (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). 
Availability on national holidays will be further notified. 
(2) Address: 1888 Jianghan Road, Binjiang District, Hangzhou (google “Hangzhou Low Carbon Science & Technology Museum, China (中国杭州低碳科技馆)” on map).
(3) Group entry requires a reservation 3-10 days in advance. Call +86-571-87119500 should you have any questions.
(4) Group reservation needs to be confirmed with submission of a completed Reservation Form. 

2. Ticket and movie (free of charge)
Only public schools can reserve movie sessions with visitors’ names and ID numbers. Group movie reservation is not available on weekends, national holidays, or winter and summer vacations.

3. Instructions
(1) Safety and museum environment matter.
(2) Some exhibitions or games are available at specific time slots. Please plan accordingly.
(3) Movie schedules are subject to change.
(4) Any advertising or communication activities without our permission are strictly prohibited.
